Think you have what it takes to work at Overland Outfitters? We are a tight team that loves working together, and are interested in working with more like-minded people!

The Role

We are currently looking for a Technician to join our team in the shop!

This isn’t "turn-key" maintenance or bolt-on mods. You will be working on complex, custom offroad builds that require creative thinking and skill. Since these jobs are rarely cut-and-dry, you’ll need to adapt when plans evolve to ensure the customer gets the best possible setup.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Toyota Expertise: A deep interest in or experience with Toyota offroad platforms, but a willingness to work on all makes and models.
  • Problem Solvers: The ability to navigate custom installations and technical challenges with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Quality First: A commitment to top-notch work; you don’t cut corners, even when parts aren't all fitting together.
  • Communication: Clear coordination with the team and customers to deliver optimal results.
  • Custom Fabrication Skills: Grinding, welding, and designing bespoke parts to create the best possible solution.

Sound like you?

We are constantly learning and evolving. If you want to join our growing team with a crew  that values expertise, respect and innovation, we want to hear from you!
