Technical Specifications
- Compatibility: 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma (Double Cab Short Bed and Access Cab models ONLY).
- Note: This part does NOT fit Double Cab Long Bed (DCLB) models.
- Material: 3/16" High-Strength Steel or Aluminum.
⚠️ IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTES:
- KDSS: While Tacomas do not come equipped with this system, please note that Cali Raised skid plates will NOT work with vehicles equipped with KDSS (found on some 4Runners/GX models).
- Sway Bar Drops: This fuel tank skid is unaffected, but please note that Cali Raised Front Skids are NOT compatible with sway bar drop brackets used by King and Fox. In those cases, the sway bar must be removed to fit a front skid.
Installation Information
- DIY Friendly: This is a straightforward installation that can be done with basic hand tools. We recommend using a floor jack to help hold the skid plate in place while you start the mounting bolts.
