2024+ Tacoma (4th Gen) Overland Front Bumper

- Requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install.
- Fits most winches 8k-12k in size. Electrical control box must be relocated from top of winch and trimming/fitting will be required (Warn VR series is a confirmed fit).
- We recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead for the best fitment and functionality. Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
- Cutouts in front of bumper allow winch lever access.
- Bumper is designed to fit 30″ single row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8, Heretic Studio 30" and Rigid SR-30 light bars.
- Fog light pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights. (Factory fog lights not supported)
- Bumper is made from 3/16″ laser cut P&O steel.
- Tubing for bull bars is all 1 3/4" OD, 1/8" wall thickness except for gussets and headlight hoops which are 1 1/2" OD.
- 3/4″ thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back come standard.
- 114 lbs without bull bar, 121 lbs with low-height bull bar, 128 lbs with mid-height bull bar with tube gussets, 138 lbs with full height bull bar and headlight hoops.
- All bull bar variants are compatible with Toyota Safety Sense and parking sensors. Be aware that some vehicles will randomly require a professional TSS system recalibration after bumper install.
- SHIPS BARE STEEL, powder coat finish not available. Product will need to be painted or powder coated to prevent rusting.
- Includes Washer Tank Skid and winch controller relocation kit.
- TRD Pro and TRD Off-Road models do not require additional mini-skid panel.
- This product ships Ground.
