Description

Round U-bolts for U-bolt Flip Kits

Our U-bolts are proudly made in the USA and designed to handle the toughest off-road abuse. This kit includes four clear zinc, 9/16-inch round U-bolts, along with Grade 8 nylon locking hex nuts and washers to keep your leaf springs securely in place.

We recommend torquing these to 90 lb-ft for optimal performance.

Sizing Options

8.5" Inside Length: This is our standard-length U-bolt, ideal for clamping leaf packs up to 3.5 inches thick.
7.5" Inside Length: Specifically designed to fit stock Tacoma or Archive's MD & HD Leaf Springs. This length can clamp packs up to 2.5 inches thick and helps you avoid trimming the excess thread.
