Enhanced Tire Clearance and Protection
Unlike standard bolt-on flares, these complete replacement fenders feature a 3" flare and a 2" rise, significantly increasing the wheel well volume. This allows you to run up to 35" (or larger) tires with minimal rubbing, even under full suspension compression. Hand-laid in the USA using premium fiberglass resins, these panels are built to withstand the impacts and vibrations of high-speed desert running and technical rock crawling.

Installation Notes

These fenders are designed as a bolt-on replacement; however, professional installation is strongly recommended. Because fiberglass panels are thicker than OEM steel, you should expect some minor sanding and fitment adjustments to ensure tight gaps with the hood, doors, and headlights. The kit includes both the driver and passenger side fenders along with the lower filler pieces to maintain a factory-level finish.
